This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in intending to allot the Cart-Track (bandi dari) of an extent of Acre 03-00 cents in S.No.445 of Tadepalli Village, Tadepalligudem Mandal, West Godavari District as house sites under Navaratnalu-pedalandariki IIIu scheme. 3. On the other hand the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the subject land is not used for the public purpose, as an alternative land was identified for the above said public purpose. 4.
