This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking for the following relief(s):- “10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the records pertaining to the case from the respondent authorities. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the order dated 04.08.2025 (Annexure P/5) and further be pleased to direct the Respondent No. 3 to mutate the land bearing Khasra No. 487/2 admeasuring area 0.07 dismil situated Village Darrabhatha, P.H. No. 2, R.I.C. & Tehsil – Malkharoda, District – Janjgir – Champa (now District – Sakti), in the name of petitioners in revenue records. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay further construction being carried out by the Respondent No. 3 over the land bearing Khasra No. 487/2 admeasuring area 0.07 dismil situated Village Darrabhatha, P.H. No. 2, R.I.C. & Tehsil – Malkharoda, District – Janjgir – Champa (now District – Sakti). 10.4 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to provide pathway to the petitioners to approach her house. 10.5 To kindly grant any other relief which may be deem fit in the given facts and circumstances of the instant case including cost of litigation.” 2. The grievance of the petitioners is against the order passed by the Respondent No. 3/Tehsildar in a revenue case registered before him. Under 3 the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959, the petitioners are having the alternate efficacious remedy of appeal/revision and therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. 3. Therefore, in view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed at this stage, reserving liberty with the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy available under the law. Registry is directed to return back the certified copies of the documents enclosed along with the writ petition after retaining photocopies of the same. 4. Certified copy as per rules.
