The petitioners have filed the instant petition with the following prayer:- “It is, therefore, prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application by quashing the impugned F.I.R. no.04/2022 dated 27.07.2022 of the Police Station Pratapur, District – North Bastar Kanker, in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset learned State counsel would submit that the charge-sheet in this case has already been filed. 4. In view of the submission made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to challenge the charge-sheet before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the the petitioners to take recourse of law with respect to the charge-sheet.
