The Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of the Respondent No.2 in not regularizing the Leave Period of the Petitioner from 01.12.2021 to 01.07.2022 in spite of the Letter addressed by the Respondent No.3 vide Rc.C.No.281/2022, dated 29.10.2022. 2. The Petitioner is working as Village Revenue Officer (for short “V.R.O’) at Dhupadu Village, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District since 21.08.2008. While the Petitioner was working as V.R.O, Thippanur Village, Gonegandla Mandal, he went on leave from 01.12.2021 to 01.07.2022 on account of certain domestic reasons. After joining the service, he submitted a representation dated 07.11.2022 for regularization of the Leave Period. Thereupon, the Respondent No.3 i.e., Tahsildar, had forwarded the Representation of the Petitioner along with Service Register to Respondent No.2 vide Rc.C.No.281/2022, dated 29.10.2022. As no further steps are taken thereon, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that appropriate decision will be taken by the Respondent Authorities as expeditiously as possible. 4. Heard the respective counsel. 5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: i) The Respondent No.2 is directed to examine and pass appropriate orders on the Leave Regularization Request of the Petitioner vide Representation dated 07.11.2022 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. ii) There shall be no order as to costs.
