JUSTICE PRADEEP SINGH YERUR) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for the respondents. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for the respondents. 3. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 23.06.2025 at Annexures-C and C1 respectively, regarding the photography, videography, and LED screen (indoor and outdoor, two screens) work provided for a Government program organized in pursuance of the Government Order dated 04.03.2024. 4. The petitioner, who operates under the name “Pradeep Bhoite Photography and Digital” and “Shri Hari Om Photo Studio” in Nippani, states that he rendered photography and videography services for the Government - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:8680 WP No. 104188 of 2025 program held on 12.03.2024. The event was aimed at provide information about Government Guarantee Schemes. Respondent No.2 had engaged the petitioner’s services, and the petitioner incurred expenses from his own resources and submitted bills dated 12.03.2024 totaling ₹.24,800/- and ₹.98,280/-, which were duly approved and sanctioned by Respondents Nos.1 and 2. 5. Despite repeated representations, the sanctioned amount has not been released, causing financial hardship to the petitioner. 6. The learned AGA submits that the petitioner’s representation will be considered, provided a reasonable period is granted. 7.
