This Court, vide order dated 15.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5498/2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Vivek Singh Kshatri had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with 2 law, preferably within a period of four months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 15.11.2025 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that statements of 20 prosecution witnesses out of 27 have already been recorded and 07 more are yet to be recorded. 4. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from today. 5. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 6.
