ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not registering the FIR basing on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.01.2022 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure and consequently direct the 3rd respondents to register FIR and conduct investigation into the offences in the complaint and pass..…”
2. None represented for the Petitioner.
3. Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, by way of counter affidavit, would submit that the Police have not registered any crime basing the complaint of the Petitioner dated 06.01.2022, since the allegations made in the complaint are false. He would further submit that a case in Crime No.6 of 2022 under Sections 354(D), 506, 509 r/w 34 of IPC dated 07.01.2022 was registered against the Petitioner, her husband and son.
4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no
order as to costs.
