Also heard Mrs.K.Vijayeswari, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondent. The Contempt Case is filed alleging disobedience of the orders dated 21.12.2017 passed in W.P.No.42788 of 2017. Vide said order, the 4th respondent was directed to conduct survey as sought for by the petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of order. At the time of considering the matter, learned counsel representing the respondent, drawing attention of this Court to para 4 of the counter affidavit, submits that pursuant to the orders referred to above a survey sought to be conducted, but the same could not be proceeded with due to the reasons which are stated in the endorsement dated 19.03.2018 and intimated to the petitioner through Registered Post on 20.03.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the said aspect. In the aforementioned circumstances, as the order of this Court is complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
