Heard Sri Challa Siva Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the crime was registered on 11.10.2018, there is no progress in the investigation. 4 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the investigation in this matter has been completed and the case has been referred as ‘False’. 5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy before appropriate forum according to law. No costs.
