It transpires form the impugned judgment dated 28.01.2024 that the respondent/ accused has been acquitted by the learned trial Court from the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and the present is an application for grant of relief to file acquittal appeal. Since, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no representation has been made and even the default has not been removed despite repeated time was granted to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr.MP is dismissed for want of prosecution.
