At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ contemnors would submit that vide order dated 10/05/2024 passed in WPC No.2537/2024, this Court has directed the respondents No.3 to 5 in the writ petition to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner and to pass appropriate order after affording due opportunity of hearing to the interested parties. He further submits that if the representation submitted by the petitioner is still pending, the same will be considered in accordance with law, within the stipulated period. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the respondents and perused the documents as well as the pleadings. 4. In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the respondents, this contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the pending representation of the petitioner and to pass necessary orders in accordance with law, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
