Sri Ramachandra Rao Gurram, learned Standing Counsel for APIIC and Sri K. Vijay Raj, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P. Ganga Ram Reddy, learned Counsel for the Implead Petitioner/Applicant, are present. 3. The Prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: “Hence, I humbly pray, that, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, particularly a Writ in the nature of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents herein in not considering and disposing of the representation/application for allotment of Plot No.311 made by the petitioner dated 09.09.2006, 28.11.2007 and 03.06.2008 as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondents herein to forthwith consider the representation/application made by the petitioner dated 09.09.2006, 28.11.2007 and 03.06.2008 respectively and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 4. The Prayer would indicate that the request of the Petitioner for allotment of Plot No.311 through Representations/Applications dated 09.09.2006, 28.11.2007 and 03.06.2008 have not been considered by the Official Respondents. Having been aggrieved by such inaction, the Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the Official Respondents for allotment of Plot No.311. 5. This Writ Petition was listed earlier on a few occasions (30.04.2010, 04.06.2010, 10.06.2010, 24.12.2010, 05.10.2020 and 09.02.2011). These dockets would indicate that this Court was not inclined to grant any interim protection. In the meantime, one Smt. Y. Nirmala Devi, W/o Y. Bali Reddy, has filed I.A.No.1 of 2025 seeking Impleadment on the ground that she was 3 allotted the same Plot No.311 in Auto Nagar, Tirupati and that Sri N. Mohammed Rafi (Petitioner) had executed an Agreement in favour of the Applicant Smt. Y. Nirmala Devi on 26.04.2013. 6. Sri K. Vijay Raj, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri P. Ganga Ram Reddy, learned Counsel for the Applicant (seeking Impleadment), would submit that the construction of M/s Nirmala Batteries Shop was completed long time ago and the Applicant is running the business. 7. In view of the fact that no interim protection has been granted to the Writ Petitioner and also that the said Plot No.311 stood allotted in the name of the Applicant in I.A.No.1 of 2025 vide Agreement dated 26.04.2013, the cause does not survive in the present Writ Petition. 8. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs. 9.
