The Court made the following Order: The respondents herein had filed O.S.No.17 of 2021. against the petitioner seeking various reiiefs of deciaration, mandatory injunction and award of compensation on the ground that the petitioner had encroached into property of the respondents and had made certain constructions. \ \ the I after filing his written statement, has now 2. The petitioner, approached this Court by way of the present Civii Revision Petition with the compiaint that there has been no further progress in the suit and that the pendency of the suit is affecting his initerest. 2 Sri Siva Sai Swarup, learned counsel for the petitioner submits 3. that inordinate delay in framing of issues and completion of the Trial, in the suit, is causing irreparable loss and damiage to the petitioner and that the Civil Revision Petition be allowed by directing the Trial Court to dispor>e of suit expeditiously. In view of the fact, that there are other earlier suits, pending 4. before the Trial Court, it would not be appropriate for this Court, to fix a time limit for disposal of the suit itself. However, the fact that issues have not been framed, for two years, after the filing of the vi/ritten statement, is a matter which requires to be rectified. In the circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of 5. with a direction to the Trial Court to frame issues, within one month of receipt of this Order and to take further steps for disposal of the suit. Notices have not been issued to the respondents, in as much as 6. this Order does not in any mianner affect their rights, title, or the claim in relation to the disputes raised in the suit.
