1. The present petition is being filed against the impugned order dated 09.10.2025 passed by the learned Additional Judge to the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kawardha, District- Kabirdham (C.G.) in Criminal Revision NO. 21/2025 arising out of the order dated 02.09.2025 passed in Criminal Case No. 2249/2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kawardha, District- Kabirdham (C.G.).

2. Learned State counsel pointed out that the petitioner has not filed the copy of the order dated 02.09.2025 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kawardha, District- Kabirdham (C.G.). Hence the present petition is defective and deserves to be dismissed on this ground alone.
3. Since, the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kawardha, District- Kabirdham (C.G.) has not been annexed along with the petition, the petition falls into the category of defective petition.
4. Therefore, the present petition is dismissed as defective.
