This Court, vide order dated 07.04.2025 passed in MCRC No. 2742 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Pradeep Singh had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Bilaspur District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.10.2025 has requested for KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 grant of one month’s additional time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that in the present case, it is pertinent to mention here that as the Prosecution have requested for time to secure presence of above witnesses due to which the need of extension of time have arisen. Therefore, it is most respectfully submitted that only a short extension of one month is now required for the completion of evidence and pronouncement of judgment. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certi昀椀ed copy of this order. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed o昀昀 with the aforesaid direction. 7.
