JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. Learned AGA accepts notice for respondent Nos.1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8. 2. Sri.Vijaykumar Belgerimath, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3. 3. The petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: 1) Issue writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash the impugned Provisional selection list (at Sl No.73) for recruitment of Anganwadi worker in respect of Shidibhavi Village Tq. Yelburga Koppal Dist, as per Annexure -E dated 19.08.2025 bearing no. UNiKO/ MaMaAE/ AumKaaKa/AumSa/ Ta. Aaa. Pa/ 2025-26 passed by Respondent No. 2 and 4 committee, in the interest of justice and equity. 2) Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus and directing the respondents department to consider the objection of the petitioner as per annexure f, f1 and f2 dated 25.08.2025 and 28.08.2025, in the interest of justice and equity. 3) Grant such other reliefs that this Hon’ble Court may deems fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:13443 WP No. 107129 of 2025 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the name of the petitioner was not mentioned in the provisional list even though the petitioner has higher marks and in that background the petitioner has submitted objections to the respondents. The apprehension is that without considering the said objections, the final list would be published. 5. Once the objections have been submitted by the petitioner, it would have to be considered by the respondents before issuance of a final list. The apprehension on the part of the petitioner is misplaced. Hence I pass the following: ORDER i. Writ petition is allowed. ii. A mandamus is issued directing the respondents to consider the objections of - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:13443 WP No. 107129 of 2025 the petitioner dated 25.08.2025 and 28.08.2025 at Annexure-F series before publishing the final list. iii.
