Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 24.12.2024 as well as 05.07.2013 passed by respondent no.2 and 3. Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to record the land in the name of Gaon Sabha concern." 3. An application dated 30.3.2010 has been filed by the petitioner under Section 198(4) of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act for cancellation of lease granted to the petitioner in the year 1986. The said application has been rejected by both the authorities. Perused the orders impugned, I find no illegality in the order impugned. 4. The writ petition is dismissed accordingly.
