2 / 2 Ami It is stated that return on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 4 has been filed. Ms. Rao, learned counsel for respondent No. 5 submits that initially the case was looked after by the Udisha Office of respondent No. 5 and OIC who was appointed was retired and there was some communication gap, therefore, R/5 could not appeared through V.C. before this Court and return also could not be filed. She further prays that appearance of respondent No. 5 may be exempted. Not opposed by the other party. On due consideration, the presence of respondent No. 5 is dispensed with for today. With the consent of parties, the matter heard finally.
