It is informed that the appellant has deposited the amount of Rs.18,46,000/- along with interest with the learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Washim and an amount of Rs.12,88,130/- with this Court. 3. Since the amount permitted to be withdrawn is more than the amount deposited with this Court, the respondent Nos.1 to 4, namely, Leena wd/o Manesh Deshmukh; Ku.
