ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of Respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with civil disputes pending between me and the respondents 5 to 7 and insisting the petitioner to vacate and handover the land admeasuring Ac. 21.75 cents in Survey No.435/P situated in Balaga Mettu, Srikakulam Town and Mandal, Srikakulam District which is plaint schedule property in O.S.No.15 of 2024 on the file of learned Principal Junior Civil Judge at Srikakulam, is illegal, arbitrary and without there being any authority of law as illegal, irregular, irrational, without jurisdiction and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 not to interfere in civil disputes pending between me and the respondents 5 to 7 and not to interfere with my personal liberty.…”
2. Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that the respondent-police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between

the parties, except under due process of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
