Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of of certiorari to call for the records of case no. 00345 of 2021, Computerized Case No. D202114290000345 (State of U.P. Vs. Janhit Karini Samiti Khatirpur), under section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and to quash the entire proceeding of the aforesaid case as well as the impugned order dated 21.02.2025 passed by respondent no.2 in the aforesaid case." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 4. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 5.
