CHALLA SIVASANKAR The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE D.RAMESH WRIT PETITION No.2654 of 2024 ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the inaction of the 3rd respondent i.e., Tahsildar, Kallur, Kurnool District for not taking any action against the petitioner’s representation dated 02.12.2023 for conducting an enquiry for examination of registered General Power of Attorney dated 01.05.2015 and sale deeds executed against the petitioner’s property in Survey No.404/B, Kalluru Gram Panchayat, Ward No.51, Kurnool Municipal Corporation limits and to take enquiry against respondent Nos.7 to 12, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 5 and learned Senior Counsel appearing for respondent No.12. 3. After notice, the learned Senior Counsel appeared on behalf of respondent No.12 and brought to the notice of this Court that the GPA was executed in 2015 and subsequently, number of transactions were taken place in 2020. Further, the representation made by the petitioner to the 3rd respondent, who 4 is a Tahsildar, has no jurisdiction to enquire into the matter with regard to registrations done by the Sub-Registrar based on the GPA executed in 2015. 4. Considering the said submissions and averments made in the writ petition, as the matter pertains to the civil dispute, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the facts of this case. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner if he has any grievance, he may approach the competent Civil Court to initiate appropriate proceedings. There shall be no order as to costs.
