GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 27801 of 2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in calling us to police station and making us to sit there till late night pressuring us to vacate our Plot No. 16 in TS.No.725, part of Patha Srikakulam Town and to give it to the 4th respondent and threatening us with dire consequences of implicating in false cases and thus interfering with the civil disputes illegal, arbitrary, malafide and against the fundamental rights and consequently not to call us to the Police Station to make us to sit there and thus not to interfere with any civil disputes between us and the 4th respondent and to pass.…” 2. None represented for the petitioners. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions would submit that police are not interfering in the civil disputes between petitioner and the unofficial respondent and not insisting the petitioner to vacate the subject property. 4. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, except under due procedure of law. There shall be no order as to costs.
