JUSTICE SURAJ GOVINDARAJ) 1. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to dispose off the Review Petition dated 23/04/2024 filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-F by considering representations dated 07/11/2024 and 30/06/2025 vide Annexure-G and H, in the interest of justice and equity. ii. Any other reliefs this Hon’ble Court deems fit for the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. The short grievance of the petitioner is that the Review Petition, which had been filed by the petitioner on 23.04.2024 at Annexure-F, is to be considered by the Court. 3. Sri. M. M. Khannur, learned counsel for respondents Nos.1 and 2, submits that the said Review Petition would be taken up on the agenda in the next Board - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:10156 WP No. 104637 of 2025 meeting, which is being required to be continued by respondents every month. 4. The said submission answers the grievance of the petitioner. Placing his submission on record, the petition stands disposed of. 5.
