Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have filed counter-affidavit. He submits that last opportunity may be granted to file the rejoinder affidavit. 3. List after two weeks. 4. No further adjournment shall be requested.” 2. Rejoinder has not been filed. 3. Request has been made for adjournment on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner on the ground of illness. 4. Though on the last date, the order was passed ‘no further adjournment shall be requested’, but considering the request made on the ground of illness, the matter shall be posted in next week. 5. No further adjournment on any ground shall not be entertained.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner still prays for adjournment and he is not ready to advance the argument inspite of Court asking and granting opportunity to advance the arguments. 3. The matter pertains to the year 2011. 4. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for “want of prosecution”. No order as to costs.
