Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. This Contempt Petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dated 13.01.2022, passed by learned Single Judge in WPSS No. 237 of 2020. By the said order, writ petition filed by petitioners was decided in terms of judgment dated 13.12.2021, passed in WPSS No. 2602 of 2019. The judgment passed by learned Single Judge was affirmed in Special Appal No. 61 of 2023 by Division Bench, vide judgment dated 28.02.2024. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that State Authorities have filed Review Applications, which were dismissed by Division Bench, vide order dated 04.09.2024. 4. It is alleged that despite service of judgment rendered by learned Single Judge, as affirmed by Division Bench, compliance has not been made. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court thinks that before initiating contempt proceedings, one more opportunity be given to the authorities to look into the matter. 6. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of by permitting petitioners to make representation to the Competent Authority, within two weeks from today. In the representation, they shall disclose the purpose for which they have filed the writ petition and also the judgment rendered by learned Single 2025:UHC:3013 Judge. If petitioners file such representation, within stipulated time, the Competent Authority shall pass order, as per law, within three months from the date of receipt of representation, along with certified copy of this order.
