Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. Petitioner is serving as Trained Graduate Teacher (Non-Medical) in the respondent-Education Department. His grievance is that even though he has completed the prescribed tenure at his present place of posting, i.e. GSSS Rupi, District Kinnaur, a tribal area, but his representation dated 29.08.2024, seeking transfer to a soft area, as forwarded by the concerned Principal to respondent No.3, has not been decided till date. 1Whether reporters of print and electronic media may be allowed to see the order? Yes. 2 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 29.08.2024 (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law and applicable policy within a period of four weeks from today. The decision so arrived at shall also be communicated to the petitioner. The writ petition stands disposed of in the above terms, so also the pending miscellaneous application(s), if any.
