This Court by order dated 06.10.2021 allowed the said writ petition with certain directions. 3. During the course of hearing of this case today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that against the claim of Rs.21,76,740/-, the respondents had paid an amount of Rs.12,36,717/- on 14.03.2022. He further submits that an amount of Rs.6,38,493/- had been retained towards the recovery of the amount as per the enquiry report. 4. In view of the above factual position, this Court is of the view that, no further adjudication is required in the present Contempt Case. 5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is made it clear that the petitioners are at liberty to approach the appropriate authority or forum against the non-payment of an amount of Rs.6,38,493/- on the ground of recovery as per the enquiry report. 6.
