ORDER:
1. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.1 to A.6 in Crime No.25 of 2025 of Porumamilla Police Station, Porumamilla YSR District registered for the alleged offences under Sections 85, 82 read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Sanhita, 2023, on the complaint of the 2^^ Nyaya respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of the marital disputes, the petitioners were faisely impiicated in the present case. The iearned counsel further submits that the against the petitioners are punishable below 7 seeks a direction to the police to follow the offences alleged years and, therefore. procedure provided under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita
4. Considering the submissions of the learned the Station House Officer, Porumamilla Police

directed to follow the procedure as contemplated under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, insofar as the petitioners of investigation in connection with Crime No.25 are concerned, for the purpose of 2025. This order
CRL.P. No.4474 OF 20. would not preclude the investigation officer for filing charge sheet or final report after completion of the investigation.
5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed of.
6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed.
