This Writ Petition is filed for the declaration of the action of the respondents, particularly respondents 3 to 5, in not conducting a survey in fixing boundaries of the petitioner’s agricultural lands in Sy.No.524-c1 Ac.0.41 cents situated at Kanekal Mandal and Village, Ananthapur District, pursuant to the application dt.21.09.2023. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance on the notice dated 12.08.2025 issued by the 5th respondent under Section 23 of the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. However, the respondents have not proceeded with the survey and fixed boundaries. 3. Considering the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, if required, issue a fresh notice, conduct a survey, and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
