Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard Shri Rohit Kumar Singh, learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Petitioner who is working as Principal Scientist Division of Genetic, Indian Council of Agriculture and Research and currently posted at Delhi wants consideration of his request by the respondent concerned, namely, respondent No. 2 to award him the benefit of the recommendation made by Seventh Pay Commission in terms of pay for the period running 01.01.2016 to 03.01.2018 as during that period petitioner had worked with respondent No. 2. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for petitioner that in the above regard petitioner has already approached the respondent No. 2 by making a representation in writing on 30.06.2024 but the same has remained unconsidered till date. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued for the disposal of the representation of petitioner in accordance with law. It is further submitted that the respondent No. 2 is the competent authority in the matter, however, there is no penal counsel. 5. In the given facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to make fresh representation in writing along with certified copy of this order to the respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today and in the event any such representation is made with regard to the claim set up in this petition by the petitioner and in his earlier representation made before the respondent No. 2 within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent No. 2 within a further period of two months by means of reasoned and speaking order.
