Counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance raised by the petitioners in this petition already stands covered by a detailed order passed by this Court in the case of Deen Dayal and 14 others v. State of U.p. and 2 others, Writ A No. 3860 of 2020 decided on 19.09.2024. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners may make representation regarding their claim before the appropriate authority who is respondent No. 2 in the first instance who may make appropriate recommendation to respondent No. 1 for sanction of amount, if any. 3. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to approach the competent authority, namely, respondent No. 2 in the first instance by making representation relying upon the order passed by this Court in the case of Deen Dayal (supra) matter within a period of four weeks from today, if they do so, the respondent No. 2 would examine the case and if the claim of petitioners is found to be squarely covered by the judgment in the case of Deen Dayal, the respondent No. 2 shall make necessary recommendation to the State Government who shall be taking a final decision in the matter within a further period of six weeks.
