1. By way of the instant petitions, the petitioners are seeking a direction towards the Respondents No.2 to 4 to immediately declare the results the 3rd and 4th Semester Examination of the petitioners who are pursuing Bachelor of Vocation Interior Design from respondent institution and also to direct the respondent University to conduct the examination in time bound manner.
2. The brief facts of the case as projected by the petitioners are that the petitioners took admission in the year 2017 & 2018 for three years degree course of B. Voc. (Interior Design). Thereafter in the Month of December, 2017 & December, 2018 petitioners received mark- sheet of B. Voc. In Interior design (Year 1 Sem-1) and in the year 2018 received mark sheet for Year -1 Sem-2. In the year 2020
5 / 7 Petitioners also completed their internships for the 6th semester. In December, 2020 though the petitioners given online examination of 4th and 5th Sem/3rd & 4th Sem but till date no mark-sheets for the said exams have been released from the Respondent University.

Learned counsel for Respondents No.3 & 4 have filed the document i.e. the Minutes of Standing Committee Meeting dated 23/07/2025 and also supplied the same to the learned counsel for the petitioners and would submit that the University has formed the High Level Committee on the basis of the recommendation made by the Committee to the University to redress the grievance of the petitioners. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the University/Respondents No.3 & 4, learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the grievance raised by the Petitioners has already been dealt with by the Respondents No.3 & 4, therefore, these petitions may be disposed of in terms of the decision taken by the Respondents No.3 & 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners further contended that they have consented to the terms as contained in the document. 5.
