P SRAVAN KUMAR REDDY 3 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 12254/2024 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in interfering with Petitioners’ Properties situated in Sy.No.183 to an extent of Ac.4.74 cents situated in H.Muravani Village, Pedda Kadubur Mandal, Kurnool District and interfering with petitioners life, liberty and pressurizing the petitioners not to enter into their agriculture properties and not to carry agricultural operations in their respective agricultural properties without any legal cause as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent No. 4 forbear from interfering with the life and personal liberty of the petitioners and not to interfere in civil disputes between the Petitioners and Respondents No. 5 to 10…” 2. None represented on behalf of the petitioners. The present petition was filed seeking a direction to the respondent-police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and the unofficial respondents. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that basing on the complaint of the respondent No.9, a case in Cr.No.57 of 2024 under Sections 447, 323, 506 r/w 34 of IPC was registered against the petitioners and others on the file of Peddakadubur Police Station. Except registration of the above crime, the respondent-police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties. 4 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
