For the Informant: Mr. K.S. Nanda, Advocate --- 02 / 19.02.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 227 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribagh. 3. On 05.10.2023 at about 6.30 p.m., petitioners have assaulted the Informant and his mother, due to which, they sustained injuries. It is alleged that they also snatched the gold chain of the mother of the Informant. 4. Ms. K.S. Nanda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant, has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that subsequent to the occurrence on the next date, informant was murdered by the accused persons. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that accused persons have been granted bail in a case relating to murder of the Informant. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hazaribagh in connection with Lohsinghna P.S.
