This is a petition filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for wilfully disobeying and violating the order dated 12.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-2237-2013. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that vide order 12.02.2024 the Coordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to dispose of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in the following terms:- “8. In view of the above, the respondent-Corporation is directed to reconsider and decide the claim of the petitioners Davinder Kumar 2025.08.29 15:45 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order / judgment COCP-1860-2024(O&M) 2 for regularization of their services in view of the judgment dated 11.02.2019 passed in CWP-11206-2010 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and in case the petitioners are found eligible, the necessary benefits shall be released to them forthwith. 9. The present petition is disposed of in the above terms. 10. Misc. application pending, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.” 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the respondent authority in pursuance of the said direction has passed a speaking order dated 12.09.2024 (Annexure R-1) and has rejected the claim of the petitioners. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are not satisfied with the speaking order and thus, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioners to challenge the order dated 12.09.2024 , in accordance with law. 5.
