However, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the written instructions of the 4th respondent dated 22.02.2025 submits that as the alternative land in an extent of Ac.1.21 cents in Sy.No.89A-1 belonging to Sri Yeruva Marreddy, son of Showri Reddy was proposed vide letter of the 4th respondent vide Rc.No.16/2020-A, dated 08.06.2020, the same was approved by District Collector, Guntur and Land Acquisition process was completed after G-III vide Rc.No.3200/2019-G1, dated 30.06.2020. No other land was acquired for the house sites under NPI pertaining to Phirangipuram village of Phirangipuram Mandal, except under these 2 spells of land acquisition i.e., Ac.15.425 cents in first spell and Ac.1.21 cents in second spell. He further submits that Form-VIA notification for compulsory land acquisition issued under the impugned notification by the 2nd respondent vide Rc.No.3200/2019/GI, dated 01.02.2020 was already withdrawn. 2. In view of the above said written instructions of the 4th respondent and the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. The written instructions of the 4th respondent are made as part of the Court record. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous since no cause survives. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
