...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased topleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of respondents in non-compliance of pending due MGNREGS Convergence Funds for an amount of Rs.49,713/- in connection with Work ID No.067060408008090019 vide FTR No.8060620001313 dt.20.08.2020 for completion of construction of Anganwadi centers in 5th Respondent village in pursuant to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNREGS) grants, as illegal arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice contrary to the Rules and Regulations of the National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 and offends Articles 14, 19 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to comply with the above Measurement Books/Fund Transfer Orders by paying amounts along with interests at 18percent to the petitioner and to pass IA NO: 1 OF 2023 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondents to release the amount towards the works executed by the petitioner relating to the MGNREGS Convergence Funds for an amount of Rs.49,713/- in connection with Work ID No.067060408008090019 vide FTR No.8060620001313 dt.20.08.2020 for completion of construction of Anganwadi centers in 5th Respondent village in pursuant to the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Scheme (MGNREGS) grants, pending disposal of the main writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed questioning inaction of the respondent authorities in payment of final bill amount of Rs.49,713/- in connection with Work of construction of Anganwadi Center. 2. Ms. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj, on written instructions dated 29.11.2025, submitted that the authorities have admitted to pay the amount claimed by the petitioner and sought eight (08) weeks time for payment. 3. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection for granting time as sought for by the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 4.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the concerned respondent authority to pay to the petitioner an amount of Rs.49,713/- (Rupees forty nine thousand seven hundred and thirteen only) within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
