JUSTICE VIJAYKUMAR A.PATIL) This contempt petition is filed alleging the disobedience of the order dated 27.01.2025 passed in WP No.106658/2024. The operative portion of the order of the learned Single Judge reads as under; “i) The writ petition is allowed. ii) A mandamus is issued directing respondents No.1 and 2 to issue necessary Hakkupatra in terms of the intimation letter dated 04.09.2024 and the resolution dated 06.11.2015, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.” 2. Learned counsel Sri.Sunil Chanal appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 filed a memo along with the documents. The document enclosed along with the memo is the Hakkupatra issued in favour of the complainant. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC-D:12835-DB CCC No. 100295 of 2025 3. Learned counsel for the complainant submits that pursuant to the Hakkupatra, the authority is required to execute a registered lease cum sale agreement. 4. In response, learned counsel Sri.Sunil Chanal submits that the further steps for registration of the document would be taken within a period of three weeks. 5. In view of the said submission, the present contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the complainant to revive the contempt proceedings, if the undertaking is not adhered to. 6. Learned counsel Smt. Gayatri S.R., submits that the original Hakkupatra produced by the authority is received by her and she would hand over the same to the complainant.
