GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 3 ORDER:- Heard Sri T.N.M.Ranga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Sudeepthi Potluri, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology.p 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not considering the application filed by the petitioner for Quarry Leasehold Rights in an extent of 4.929 Hectares out of Ac.643.41 cents in Survey No.261 of Uppampalem Village, Rowthupalem Mandal. 3. It is contended that the petitioner’s parents have earlier filed similar application. However, on account of the petitioner’s mother’s demise, the lease hold rights were not utilized. Since the applications for quarry lease were invited it is contended that the petitioner has applied for it. The petitioner filed the application on 11.09.2025 seeking grant of quarry lease over an extent of 4.929 Hectares in Sy.No.261 of Uppampalem Village, Rowthulapudi Mandal. In pursuance thereof, the Tahsildar has issued NOC dated 01.10.2025. Seeking a direction for consideration of the said application, the instant writ petition is filed. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology placed before the Court, a copy of instructions, received by her in the case. A perusal of the same, would reflect that in respect of the subject land as many as sixteen (16) applications have been received and in terms of 4 G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 26.06.2025, the petitioner’s application would be considered in accordance with the said G.O., on first cum first serve basis. 5. Having regard to the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 4th respondent to pass appropriate orders on the application filed by the petitioner dated 11.09.2025 in accordance with the provisions of G.O.Ms.No.100, dated 26.06.2025, within four (4) weeks from the date of the receipt of the order. 6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
