GP FOR REVENUE 3 HBKM,J W.P.No.13569 of 2020 The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondents in not protecting the Grazing Poramboke land in an extent of Ac.21.50 cents in Sy.No.46-5 situated at Varadaiahpalem Village and Mandal, Chittoor District and contemplating to assign the same as house sites under the “Navaratnalu- Pedalandariki Illu” scheme without protecting the same for Grazing purpose. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader relying upon the counter affidavit of the 2nd respondent submits that as the alternative lands were found for the above said public purpose of housing scheme, the subject land is not utilized. 4. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. However, the respondent Nos.2 to 6 are directed to deal with the subject land strictly in accordance with law, if so warranted for any public purpose. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Interim order if any deemed to have been vacated.
