Heard learned Counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed for the following relief : "I. A writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quoshing the impugned order dated 16-12- 2024 passed by respondent. appellate order dated no 9-1-2025 2 and impugned passed by the respondent no 3 (annexure ao 2A and 4) to the writ petition. II. A writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents as not to interfere in peaceful possession of petitioners. over plots in dispute referred in report dated 3-9- 2024 (annexure no 2) to the writ petition." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that against the order impugned, the petitioners have an alternative remedy of filing a revision under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. Since, the petitioners have an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
