Since the petitioner's daughter went missing on 23.03.2025, she preferred a complaint before the respondent police and the same was registered in CSR.No.34 of 2025. Subsequently, the petitioner's daughter appears to have married the fourth respondent herein. 3. In the light of the developments, we do not deem this to be a case of unlawful custody of the petitioner's daughter, who has consciously married the fourth respondent herein on her own choice. As such, no effective orders required to be passed in the present Habeas Corpus Petition. 5. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
