In place of “OC Suit No. 42 of 2024”, the order wrongly records “OC Suit No. 44/2024” in the fourth line of the first paragraph of the same. 3. Let the number of the OC suit be deemed to stand corrected and be read as “OC Suit No. 42 of 2024” in the order dated July 08, 2025. 4.
