Applicant has invoked Section 482 BNSS for his enlargement on bail in anticipation of arrest in FIR No.55/2025 registered with Economic Offence Wing, Crime Branch, Jammu for offence under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, primarily on the ground of false implication. 02. Vide order dated 06.11.2025, applicant came to be admitted to interim bail by this Court subject to terms and conditions embodied in para 11 of the order. 03. Reply stands filed, a perusal whereof reveals that the investigating agency has already seized the relevant material and investigation of the case is at the final stage. There is nothing in the reply filed by the respondent to indicate that applicant has flouted any term or condition of the bail order. Sr. No. 20 Page No.2 Bail App No.305/2025 04. In the circumstances, custodial interrogation of applicant shall not serve any purpose and hence, the present application is allowed and interim bail granted is made absolute subject, however, to the same terms and conditions. 05.
