ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 in interfering with petitioner's life and liberty by calling him to their respective police stations and harassing him at the instance of the 6th Respondent as highly illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art.19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 not to interfere with petitioner's life and liberty and pass...…”
2. Heard Sri Turaga Sai Surya, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cause does not survive in the present petition and has become infructuous.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader is in attendance.
5. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No
order as to costs.
