The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The above contempt case has been filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 17.06.2025, passed in W.P.No.10428 of 2025. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on either side. 3. The petitioner filed the aforementioned writ petition to declare the action of the official respondents in not initiating legal action against the unofficial respondent regarding constructions in Plot No.E7 in Industrial Park, Madanapalle, Annamayya District, without obtaining necessary permission, as illegal and arbitrary. 4. When the writ petition was listed on 17.06.2025, learned Standing Counsel submitted that a stop work order was issued to the unofficial respondent on 05.06.2025, and the unofficial respondent had stopped the construction, and to that effect, photographs were also filed and the same was recorded. At the request of learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 to file a counter-affidavit, the writ petition was adjourned. Page 3 of 4 5. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner in the contempt case is that the respondent authorities are disobeying the undertaking given and thus, violated the order dated 17.06.2025. 6. If any interim order was passed by this Court, this Court will record the submissions made by learned counsel. However, the contention raised by learned counsel for the petitioner regarding disobeying the undertaking given would not amount to any contempt, and thus, this Court does not find any violation of the order dated 17.06.2025, passed in W.P.No.10428 of 2025. 7. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
