Ms.S.Sravana Sandhya, learned counsel representing Sri Ramana Allu, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this matter is civil in nature. In that view of the matter, cause does not survive for further adjudication, and the writ petition may be closed. 3. Considering the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioners, the writ petition is closed at the stage of admission, without going into merits of the case.
