Angadi, the learned counsel for the appellant, submits that in similar circumstances the appellant’s request for dismissal of the appeal as withdrawn is accepted and this Court has disposed of such appeals accordingly, and that even in the present case the request for withdrawal is for the same reasons. This Court’s order dated 07.01.2025 in W.A. No.100240/2024 reads as under: “Sri C.V. Angadi, the learned counsel for the appellant, submits that the present appeal is filed as against the common order dated 25.04.2024 in a series of writ petitions [including W.P. No.100743/2024]; that the appellant is aggrieved by certain directions issued by the writ court, but the tender period has expired; that the appellant has initiated fresh tender process and therefore the memo is filed for withdrawal.
