Neha Singh and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 391 of 2015, under Sections 363 and 120-B I.P.C., Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Varanasi to the court of competent jurisdiction at Ballia. Concededly, the case is pending for the last ten years and the applicants were threatened only recently in 2025 by the accused persons, therefore, transfer of the case is prayed for. The sole ground raised for transfer of the case is not convincing. The application fails and is hereby dismissed.
